Katie Opal

My youngest niece Rachel is pregnant as I announced before & she's due at the end of April.  Actually on my great-niece Gabrielle's birthday... so that will be interesting!  Gabrielle is escatic about it.

Of course we know it's a girl, woohoo!
She decided to name her Katie Opal after both of her great-grandma's.  My dad's mom was Katie & my mom's mom was Opal.

If both of my grandma's were still alive today they would be jumping up & down with excitement.  But even though they aren't here in the flesh, I know they are doing cart-wheels in Heaven that she is naming her baby girl after both of them.

Now we just have to wait until the end of April before we get to hold little Katie Opal!
I can hardly wait!  :-)
